Topaz HeatShe knew she had gone too far when she saw the complete hurt in his eyes.  She opened her mouth to apologize but he turned his back on her while muttering, “Some of us can’t forget our past, Sarah.  No matter how much I want to, I can’t forget. I’m not like you. I wish I could just erase it all.”
